PFP team orientation prior to provision of prostheses, wheelchairs and other mobility devices to the PWDs in Guinayangan Quezon which will be happening today.
What a fulfilling day! PWDs in their new wheelchairs! Provision day happening right now in Guinayangan Quezon….more this afternoon.
Renz is 6 years old from Guinayangan quezon. PfP provided him prostheses since he was 4 years old. He got a new replacemennt this year and is now so used to walking to school and home with his artificial leg. Matter of fact he now walks to home alone, without his Mom fetching him. Renz said he can manage on his own” to walk to home”. What a fulfilling moment knowing we are doing something good to Renz. Today, Renz will get a U Calf for his below elbow congenital limb loss so he can now eat with his two hands using utensils! Dr. PM Jiao had it made specially for him.
Thank you Latter Day Saint Charities (LDS) for all these wheelchairs, intermediate and supportive, for the PWDs in Guinayangan Quezon. Today is a meaningful ” Provision Day” by Physicians for Peace (PFPP)and Latter Day Saints Charities(LDS). Today’s activity is jointly sponsored by our friend couple from New Jersey, Romy and Mona Buerano and the LGU of Guinayangan led by Mayor BoyBoy Isaac and Vice Ding deLuna. What a great partnership doing good for others!#togethermuchcanbedone
