Witnessed today the Dispensing of prescription eye frames to over 40 children at Fourth Estate Public Elementary School . Over 400 children were vision screened during the Vision screening activity at school entry conducted a few weeks back. VISION SCREENING AT SCHOOL ENTRY is a Physicians for Peace program on Eye Care , following the Philippine Eye Research Institute protocol.
