ROTARY VISION CARE Mycah, has two disabilities, vision impairment and polio.  She is a student in one of the public schools that Rotary Club of Manila and Physicians for Peace Philippines have adopted to benefit Rotary Vision Care. Today, she gets her prescription eyeglasses and is all smiles and gave us her warmest thank you together with the many other students receiving eyeglasses today.
