Physicians for Peace (PFP) is making a difference on Queenchie! Queenchie is 5 years old, kindergarten pupil in one of the Public Elementary Schools where Physicians for Peace conducted Vision Screening @ School Entry. Queenchie can hardly distinguish the shapes and forms at far in the Lea chart during the VS process following the PERI (Phil Eye Research Institite)protocol. PfP did an EOR on Queenchie and we found out she is near sighted and therefore will need prescription eyeglasses to help her see clearly. We informed the teacher and parents on Queenchie’s eye condition . Physicians for Peace is happy to gift Queenchie with the right proper eyeglasses and recommend for frequent check by an Optometrist. Vision Screening at School Entry is part of Physicians for Peace Seeing Clearly Program .
