DEXTER
Financially strapped & limited in mobility due to Cerebral Palsy, Dexter utilized his skills in FB & text messaging so he can provide assistive technology to PWDs of his town. The lack of support from LGU & DSWD plus the ridicule he received from “doubting Thomases” only challenged his willpower to continue.
This August 18, Physicians for Peace conducted its 4th mission organized by Dexter in his hometown
