So heartwarming scene …..Daisy , from Digos Davao, is now 10 years old and continues to receive help from Physicians for Peace Philippines Walking Free Program since she was 5 years old. She is so delighted to see Dr. Penny Bundoc when we visited her today at Southern Phil Medical Center (SPMC) in Davao

10 hr Sarangani-Davao round trip & 1,000 fare is worth the reunion with Daisy who came to tell me that she made me her godmother during her June 12 baptism 🙏 rites!
Born with lower limb deficiencies, PFP has replaced her bilateral below knee prostheses 3x & she is on her 4th replacement, care of PO service of the Dept of RehabMed at Southern Phil Med Center.
To ensure safe & functional gait pending her new prosthesis, she was given a walker courtesy of SPMC-Church of Latter-day saints Charities.
